Product claim policy

Refund conditions
We will refund money to customers in the following cases:

  • The customer refuses or cancels the order. The customer has made a full and complete payment.
  • The customer wants to return the product. The reason meets the conditions for returning the product.
  • The customer wants to exchange the product. The cause meets the conditions for returning the product. But the products that need to be exchanged are already out of stock.

Form and method of refund

  • In the case of paying for products via credit or debit card. We will refund the purchase amount back to the credit card account used by the customer to make the purchase. Within a period of 15-30 days, the name on the credit card must be the same as the name of the person who ordered the product on the website only.
  • In the case of paying for the product through a bank counter. Counter service, ATM, transfer to bank account Cash on delivery We will refund the purchase amount back to the customer’s bank account.
